Late Arrival Policy

To ensure smooth scheduling and respect everyone’s time, please take note:

  • 15-minute grace period for all appointments.
  • 15–30 minutes late: GHS 30 late fee.
  • 30–45 minutes late: GHS 50 late fee.
  • More than 45 minutes late: Your appointment may be rescheduled.

Last bookings are accepted at 7:00 PM. Clients who arrive excessively late may be rescheduled to the next available slot.
